Purchase with confidence with our Extended Return Policy*.

iROCKER strives to offer the highest quality products in the industry; however, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within the allotted time below from the date of purchase for a full refund** of the original purchase price.

We have established return windows that allow customers purchasing their product for the summer season plenty of time to test their product, and customers that might be giving or receiving their product as a gift plenty of time to initiate a return or exchange after the holiday season.

*Orders placed between 10/01/2022 and 01/31/2023 may be returned within 120 days of the original purchase date.
*Orders placed between 02/01/2023 and 09/30/2023 may be returned within 60 days of their original purchase date.
*Orders placed prior to 10/01/2022 are eligible for a return within 90 days of the original purchase date.

**You must first contact our Customer Experience to register your return before returning your purchase. Any returns that have not been registered with our Customer Experience Team prior to shipping will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Once confirmed with our Customer Experience Team, your board must be returned in the original bag with all originally included accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, and repair kit), packaged inside of a shipping box. If the product is found to be damaged or in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are damaged or missing, this may reduce the amount of your refund.

Completing Your Return

  • Subject to the terms of this policy, we offer returns within 60/90/120* days of the date of purchase. Your refund will go back to the original payment method.
  • Returned items must first be registered with Customer Service before the return process can begin.
  • Returned items must be returned inside of a box, and must be clean and in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear.
  • All returns must include all originally included parts and accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, and repair kit).
  • All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, this may reduce the amount of your refund.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Items purchased as Used or Open Box are not eligible for returns under the Returns Policy

How to Return a Product

  1. Please return all items to iROCKER at the address listed in the Return Slip. You must include all originally included parts and accessories in your return.
  2. Download the Return Slip here and follow the instructions for preparing your order to ship.
  3. Ship your order with any shipping service so long as the package is sent with a tracking number. Please keep the tracking number for reference! It’s that simple!

FAQs

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our Distribution Center, our Returns Team will inspect the returned product and will notify the iROCKER Customer Experience Guides regarding the condition of the products returned and if there are any missing parts/accessories.

A refund is normally processed within seven business days after we receive the returned product. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the refund has been issued. If a refund is issued, it may take a few business days before the refund is reflected in your account.

I no longer have the original box my board came in. Now what?

The product does not have to be returned in the original box to receive a refund. However, it must be returned in some form of packaging that will protect the product. Any damage to the product prior to receipt in our Distribution Center may result in a reduction in the value of your refund. To ensure your product is shipped safely, we recommend the following sizes.

  • The dimensions of our Original Series board boxes are 38” X 15” x 18”
  • The dimensions of our ULTRA™ Series board boxes are 25” x 12” x 20”

    I forgot to include the Return Slip in my return. Now what?

    Contact us and provide the following information:

    • Return Authorization
    • Tracking number associated with your return
    • Customer name
    • Items returned
    • Order number

    How will my refund work if I paid with Klarna or Affirm?

    We will refund any of the payments you have already made, and you will not be charged for any future payments. Please note that iROCKER is unable to refund any interest accrued on payments made.

    Exchanges

    We do not currently have an exchange policy or exchange program, so returning your product using the steps outlined above for a return is the best way to make another purchase of gear that better suits your needs.
