You can expect your iROCKER inflatable boards and gear orders to process in 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Please note, the delivery times vary depending on the destination of delivery. All orders placed on www.irockersup.ca are shipped from Canada. All iROCKER inflatable paddle boards get shipped via ground shipping and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Any purchases on iROCKERSUP.CA have already cleared customs and will be shipped from our Toronto, ON and Vancouver, BC Canada warehouses.

CAN I UPDATE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you have already received a tracking number, we are unable to change your order on our end. If you need to change your delivery address, you can try working with the carrier directly to see if they are able to re-route your order. Additional fees may be incurred.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, and therefore are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once placed. You can return the items within 45 days, but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number(s) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your tracking information has not been updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Experience Team for further assistance.

I AM MISSING SOME ITEMS FROM MY ORDER, WHAT NOW?

You may notice your order shows a delivered status, but you are still missing some items. If that is the case, please try the following:

Check inside your package.
Often when we ship multiple items with UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post, your other items may still be in transit in another package and arrive separately.
Try checking around your house/apartment as the carrier may have left your order in a safer location (alternate exterior door, garage, porch, etc.) or your neighbor.

If you think your package has been lost by the carrier, please allow 10 business days after the expected delivery date for the package to be delivered. If you have not received your package within that time frame, please contact our Customer Experience Team and we will investigate the issue for you!

DO YOU SHIP FROM THE USA?

If you are in Canada, please place your order on our Canadian website www.iROCKER.ca. Your order will ship from one of the fulfillment centers in Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders from the USA to Canada.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN CANADA?

iROCKER strives to offer the highest quality products in the industry; however, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 45 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the original purchase price, subject to certain terms and conditions defined below. *

*Any boards purchased from an unauthorized retailer either online or in person are not eligible for return or warranty. All returns and warranty claims must provide proof of purchase from either iROCKER’s online store or an authorized seller.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR RETURN

Contact us first: You must first contact our Customer Experience team to register your return and obtain a case number before returning your purchase.\n
- Any returns that have not been registered before shipping, or if the case number provided is not filled out on the return slip, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We recommend you include the case number on the memo line of the return shipping label.

Return Condition: Boards must be in original, unused condition with all accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, repair kit) included. Damaged or missing items may reduce your refund. Items that have been used should be cleaned before returning. Boards and gear that show signs of usage will be subject to deductions, as seen below, based on return condition.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including insurance to cover any damage in transit during the return. Customers refusing delivery will have the cost of return shipping deducted from their refund.
Refunds: Subject to the terms of this policy, we accept returns within 45 days of the date of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method for the item price only- Shipping costs are non-refundable. \n

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

Returns that have not been registered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Package your return inside of a box with the Return Authorization Slip.

All returns must be clean and in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear. Any damage, missing items or visible signs of wear will result in a reduction of the customer’s refund amount.

All returns must include all originally included parts and accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, and repair kit). Gifts with Purchase must also be returned.

Ship your order with any shipping service, excluding Hard Boards, so long as the package is sent with a tracking number. Please keep the tracking number for reference.

FAQs

How much does return shipping cost?

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the items being returned and the return location. Return labels must be purchased through a carrier of your choice. Most carriers can provide quotes online, over the phone, or in-store.

What size box should I use for my return?

We recommend using the packing materials your order was shipped in, but if you no longer have the box you can purchase one using the following dimensions as a guide:

The dimensions of our Original Series board boxes are: 38” x 15” x 18” / 45 lbs.
The dimensions of our ULTRA™ Series board boxes are: 25” x 12” x 20” / 38 lbs.
The dimensions of our Hard Board boxes are: 128” x 35” x 8” / 44 lbs.

When can I expect my refund?

Once a return has been received at our warehouse, it will undergo inspection. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.
Please note, we do not refund the cost of shipping paid on the original order as the shipping charges are paid to the carrier for the delivery service that has been completed.
If a customer has refused delivery, the cost of refusal will be deducted from the refund amount.

What does the return inspection entail?

All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. Any damage, missing items or visible signs of wear will result in a reduction of customers refund amount.
Please ensure that your returned items are clean, dry, and that any existing damage is reported when registering your return.

What items are ineligible for return?

Items purchased as Used or Open Box are not eligible for returns under the Returns Policy.

How do I return a hard board?

Due to their size and shape, Hard Boards must be returned by a special freight carrier. Contact us for more information or support with your Hard Board return.

FINAL SALE (Previous Collections)

Final Sale items are new boards and gear from previous collections offered at a discounted price.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Final Sale items are covered by a 1-year SUP warranty under iROCKER’s standard Warranty Policy. No warranty is offered on gear.

Items are sold in new condition, but may have older designs, colors, or features compared to the current collection.

Open Box Items

Open box items are previously purchased and returned items that have been tested and verified to be in working condition. These items may have been repackaged for sale.

Open-box items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Open-box items are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Used Condition Items

Used condition boards and gear are gently used items, returned within 45 days of purchase. These items may have been repackaged for sale.

Used condition items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Used condition items are not covered by iROCKER‘s Warranty Policy.

30-Day Guarantee (Open-Box & Used)

Open-box and used boards and gear are structurally sound but may contain scratches, blemishes, and imperfections. Your purchase is covered by a 30-day guarantee that covers structural issues that might not have been detected during testing.

All open-box and used condition boards are sold with the same accessories as new boards; however, accessories may not be color coordinated and may come with a different color paddle, bag, or leash.

The 7-day guarantee allows for a board exchange at the iROCKER warehouse only. The exact board may not be available. A similar board will be provided as a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
