BLACKFIN MODEL SX - Hard Board – Terms & Conditions   

LOCAL PICK UP ONLY 

This board is available for local pick up from two locations—Vancouver and Toronto.  

Complete your purchase online and either email: support@interfulfillment or call 1-800-604-4595 to schedule your pickup.

Pick up is available Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:00pm. Inform Customer Support of your anticipated pick-up time. 

Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide your order number and a valid form of ID for verification. You will need to provide your own tie-down straps or other means of securing the board to your mode of transport.

WARRANTY INFORMATION 

The warranty on the BLACKFIN MODEL SX Hard Board is 2 years from the date of purchase. For more information on what is and what is not covered by warranty, please review or Warranty Policy. 

RETURNS 

Return your board within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. Your return must be shipped back to the location from which it was purchased at your own cost. Drop offs will not be accepted. The board must be in unused condition and in the original packaging as packed by the manufacturer.  

*iROCKER reserves the right to cancel the order if the appointment has not been set within 7 business days from the order date.
