While we have not seen many shipping delays, we are aware that the Coronavirus is having a growing impact on all carriers due to record incoming volumes combined with imposed physical-distancing measures. Due to the recent increase in order volume, processing orders on some items may be delayed up to 7 business days or more. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days however there are items that may take longer. We appreciate your patience as our team is getting everything out as fast and as safely as possible. The expected shipping dates listed on the website for Pre – Order items are very close to accurate. We cannot get your items to you any faster, but we are shipping all items as soon as they are ready.

We want you to know the iROCKER team always puts customer service as a top priority and we are doing our best to ensure that we respond to everyone as fast as possible. While our normal standard is to reply to all customers within 24 hours it is not possible for our team to field the more than 1000 requests we are currently receiving per day. If you need to contact us, please do so through the contact us page on our website – please allow 2-3 business days to respond. Contacting us via multiple times will not speed up our response to you.

A couple of quick notes that would help alleviate our team’s efforts to reply to all customer inquiries as fast as possible.

  1. TRACKING ORDERS: Your items may ship from multiple warehouses and on different days which will cause your order to arrive in multiple packages and not all on the same day. Please do not be alarmed the rest of your order is coming. Please check your email for all tracking numbers sent to you.
  2. RESTOCK DATES: If we are out of stock of a certain item that you were interested in, please just continue to check back on the website as our stock is replenished weekly/monthly this time of year. Please do not contact us asking for an expected restock date.
  3. DISCOUNTS: If you are a member of the military, first responder, or healthcare, we do have a discount program for you. Please skip directly to sending us a copy of your ID so we can verify and authorize to send you a coupon quickly. Thank you to all those on the front lines working to keep us safe.

RETURNS POLICY

Purchase with confidence with our no questions asked, 60 Day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days from date of purchase for a full 100% refund of the original purchase price. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping via Canada Post or Purolator Download Return Slip.
